🌿 UKIM Luton Sisters Community Picnic 🌿
Alhamdulillah, we had a wonderful Community Picnic filled with laughter, friendship, and meaningful connections. Sisters from different areas of Luton joined us, and we were especially delighted to welcome a sister who travelled from Watford to attend.
The picnic was open to sisters of all faiths, and invitations were extended to members of other faith communities. Although they were unable to attend due to prior commitments, we appreciated the opportunity to reach out and build bridges within our wider community.
A special highlight of the day was the participation of our UKIM Youth Sisters, who organised fun activities including henna and board games, bringing extra joy and energy to the gathering.
It was heartwarming to meet new sisters, strengthen existing friendships, enjoy delicious food, and spend quality time together in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan to everyone who attended, contributed food, helped organise the event, and supported its promotion. May Allah (SWT) accept everyone’s efforts and continue to strengthen the bonds of sisterhood within our community.
