CD players and DVD players are typical devices that can be used again for years if you refurbish them a little. Just simply cleaning them with a cotton bud and some alcohol or running a cleaning disc could get them working again. You can try it yourself, but our repairers can also show you how. "Even young children have a lot to offer. The enthusiasm of the children and Repair Café volunteers together was amazing." The Montessori School in Oegstgeest is enthusiastic about Repair Café lessons in the classroom. Your Repair Café can also organise such lessons at a school in the neighbourhood. How to tackle it, is described in our curriculum Repair Café in the classroom. https://repaircafe.org/en/starter-kit-repair-cafe-in-the-classroom/
