Domestic abuse is a crisis—one that too many suffer in silence.

Every year, millions experience domestic abuse in the UK, but these statistics only reflect the reported cases. Behind closed doors, countless others are trapped, unheard, and unseen.

We cannot ignore this. We cannot stay silent.

Support survivors. Speak up. Demand change.

If you or someone you know needs help, reach out.

You are not alone. Your voice matters. You will be heard.

Save The Date!!

Saturday 8th March 2025 we will be at Feast Street, Luton Point (formerly The Mall, Luton & the bit where all the good food is at!!)

This is the perfect time to meet the team, who will be raising awareness around abuse and our service.

There will also be the chance to discuss volunteer and recruitment opportunities.

Share with your friends, we look forward to seeing you all there!

A busy desk, a focused mind, and a heart set on making a difference. Preparing for important meetings to support those impacted by domestic abuse—because every conversation matters.

Hey all!

For those of you who kindly donated to our GoFundMe “Help Furnish a Safe Haven”, you may have noticed that your donation was refunded.

There was a technical error which prevented the funds transferring to us, and was completely out of our control.

We are in the process of opening a second refuge, so your support is needed more than ever.

Please continue to share our campaign with your network, as much of what we can achieve can only be done with the support of our community.

Thank you

As 2025 is now in full swing, we wanted to express a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who has supported us in providing much needed support services to vulnerable women and children.

Through sharing and donating to our campaign, you have helped us reach a huge milestone: opening our first refuge for women and children fleeing domestic abuse.
Your generosity has created a safe and welcoming space for survivors to rebuild their lives.

But the journey isn’t over. We’re raising funds to open a second refuge—a vital step to protect and support even more families.

Please continue to share our campaign and help us reach this goal. Together, we can make a difference. 💜

Thank you for your ongoing support The Harpur Trust 💞

For the campaign against gender-based violence todaywe are putting a spotlight on The Ebonista Project we fund, which provides emotional and practical support to women and children impacted by domestic abuse and sexual violence.

They welcome women from all backgrounds, but as a grassroots organisation led by Black female survivors, they have a strong focus on reaching women of Black African and Caribbean heritage, who struggle accessing mainstream services. Find out more at www.theebonistaproject.org.uk
