🚌 Heading to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital? Why not try the Park & Ride.

The Park & Ride service goes from the Oxon Park & Ride site to the Treatment Centre, and runs from 6.20am to 9.25pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

There is a small charge of £2 per return journey.

Huge thanks to the BBC Shropshire team for speaking with our COO, Emma-Jane, about our Meals Made Easy recipe book from a collaborative project, Shaping Places for Healthier Lives, with Ludlow Town Council. Our previous Food Coordinator, Julia, put a lot of work into producing these!

Join us for Mindful Colouring every Thursday morning!

Colouring has many benefits for adults and their mental health, such as promoting mindfulness, relieving stress and anxiety and improving focus.

From 11am-12pm anyone is welcome to come along and colour, all the supplies are provided, just come along and let your mind relax!
