More news on SWT's Cramer Gutter Marsh Gentians from the Andy at the Rare Plant Nursery
"The plants are now producing a vast number of seeds. I will send half to the Millennium Seed Bank (Steph copied in). Would Shropshire Wildlife Trust like some for a reintroduction? "

Our SWT volunteers have already made scrapes during September volunteer's day ready for natural seed fall and any we get sent to us by Andy.

If you fancy doing some reserve volunteering please contact Graham on [email protected]

Four Swifts over high over Gallows Bank yesterday, last year they were seen on April 29th.
We are hoping the sparrows have not stolen our nest site.
There is nothing better than a summers evening sitting out on the decking with a b**r watching 3 -6 swifts screaming and beating up the house.
