🧥Coat Donations Needed🧥

As colder weather continues, we’re putting out a call for coat donations to support people experiencing homelessness and other forms of vulnerability in our community.

If you have any unwanted coats you no longer need, we’d be incredibly grateful to receive them. Every donation helps someone stay warm and safe.

🫶 Mark’s dedication to men’s mental health has helped create safe, supportive spaces for men across Lowestoft.

From being instrumental in setting up East Anglia’s first Andy’s Man Club hosted in Sams, to supporting the Walk and Talk biweekly men’s mental health walks.

As a venue that proudly hosts Andys Man Club Lowestoft, we see first-hand how vital these peer-led, non-judgemental spaces are, a group where men can talk openly, feel heard, and know they’re not alone.

Thank you, Mark, for the care, time and energy you give to supporting men’s mental health and helping break down stigma in our community.

Your commitment really does save lives and improves our community's wellbeing 💚

🌟 Community Hero – Day 24 🌟
Mark Culling

Today’s Community Hero is someone whose dedication to men’s mental health has helped create safe, supportive spaces for men across Lowestoft. This nomination was submitted anonymously and recognises Mark’s leadership and compassion.

“Mark has been a great advocate for men’s mental health and has been instrumental in setting up East Anglia’s first hub for Andy Man’s Club.

Alongside this, Mark has also helped Walk and Talk set up a biweekly walk for men’s mental health in Lowestoft.”

Andy Man’s Club provides free to attend, peer led support groups for men who are struggling with their mental health. The sessions offer a safe, non judgemental space where men can talk openly, listen to others and support one another without pressure or stigma.

Through his work with Andy Man’s Club and Walk and Talk, Mark has helped many men feel less isolated and more able to reach out for support. His commitment is helping to break down barriers around mental health and save lives.

Thank you Mark for the care, time and energy you give to supporting men’s mental health in our community. 💚
