Calling all our wonderful Caps of Courage groups!
One of the most special things about Caps of Courage is the community that has grown around it. Lions Clubs, WIs, Knit & Natter groups, sewing groups, community organisations and other wonderful groups across the country are knitting, crocheting and sewing to support children and young people affected by cancer.
We would love to start recognising these groups on the Caps of Courage website and help people find groups taking part in their local area.
If your group is involved in Caps of Courage and you would like to be listed on our website, please add your details in the comments below.
Please include:
• Name of your group or organisation
• Town, county or area you cover
• Website, page or other group link, if you have one
• Whether you are happy for new volunteers to contact or join you
Where possible, please do not post personal email addresses or telephone numbers. A group website, page or official contact page would be ideal.
And if you know a group that has been quietly clicking needles, wielding crochet hooks or keeping sewing machines busy for us, please tag them so they don't miss this.
Together, we are not just making caps. We are building a nationwide community of people who want children and young people going through cancer treatment to know that somebody is thinking about them.
Every cap matters. Every volunteer matters. Every group helps us reach another child.
