I’m so excited to be teaming up with Lowestoft Town Tennis & Pickleball Club for a special Charity Tennis & Pickleball Tournament, raising money for Brain Research UK! 🧠💙

📅 Saturday 12th September
📍 Lowestoft Town Tennis & Pickleball Club

This fundraiser is particularly special to me as I’ll be taking on the TCS London Marathon 2027 to raise money for Brain Research UK. ♿️💙

So come along, pick up a racket, have some fun and help us raise as much as possible! 🎾🏓

There will also be a charity raffle on the day, so if any local businesses or individuals would be willing to donate a prize, we’d be incredibly grateful. 🙌

A huge well done to Travis, Jake and Paige, who have successfully completed their LTA Youth Tennis Leaders Award! 👏

It’s fantastic to see young people developing their confidence, leadership and communication skills, while learning how they can support tennis sessions and inspire other players.

We’re really looking forward to seeing them put their new skills into action and continue their journey as young leaders within Racket Sports Academy and the wider tennis community.

It’s been a pleasure working with the Year 5 & 6 pupils from Phoenix St.Peter Academy seeing their skills, confidence, and enthusiasm grow each week.

A big thank you to the school for welcoming us and to Sports: Lowestoft Town Council for providing access to the courts at Kensington Gardens. Partnerships like these help make sport accessible and enjoyable for children across our community.

Tennis Leaders Course at Lowestoft Town Tennis Club for 11-16 year olds!

We’re looking to grow our coaching team and create opportunities for juniors to support our coaching programme.

The LTA Tennis Leaders course is the perfect first step for young people aged 11-16 years who are interested in developing leadership skills, helping with coaching sessions, and becoming positive role models within the academy.

RSA Celebrate Success at the Suffolk LTA County Awards 🏆

A fantastic afternoon at Southwold Tennis Club yesterday as Emily and Ebony proudly collected their County LTA Awards.

Emily received the award for Suffolk ‘Coach of the Year’ a brilliant achievement reflecting her dedication and impact, while Ebony received Highly Commended in the ‘Young Person of the Year’ category recognising her work to support the programme at RSA, at school and helping at junior county events, very well deserved 👏

The event was held at Southwold Tennis Club, in their impressive new clubhouse with awards presented by Immediate Past LTA President Sandi Proctor and Suffolk Tennis President Christine Janes (Truman), alongside representatives from Suffolk LTA.

It was inspiring to hear all the amazing work happening across Suffolk. Congratulations to all of the award winners and to Emily and Ebony
