Re-Utilise Community Repaint & Scrap Store We are a community-driven group offering crafting workshops, children's clubs, and free friday drop-in sessions. We are completely step free.

All of our activities are substidised through the profits from our scrapstore, located on London Road South. In addition to paint recycling, we have a vast array of arts and craft products, for sale at a half the price (or less) than the usual price in mainstream stores. We offer a wellness craft drop in every Monday 10-2 free to access. Every Wednesday 6:30-8:30 and Thursdays 10-12 & 12:30-2:30

we have our pottery drop in. Charges apply for these. All our sessions are run by qualified instructors with enhanced DBS checks, and insurance. In addition they all have experience working with mental health and disabilities and we hope that our groups will offer all those attending peer support in addition to the skills they aquire.

Please can anyone help?
Do you have one of these sitting in your shed or tool box you do not use?
This is a tile breaking / cutting tool brought often with a tiling kit, they are no longer in production. It is the perfect tool for glass fusing and sadly we only now have two, and eveyone wants to use them at the same time!
So if you have a pair we would be so very grateful if you are able to gift them to us.

Re-utilise is very proud to announce that we have received funding from the National Lottery community fund, thus enabling us to plan for the future and develop further our message of community and saving stuff from landfill. Our community hub continues to offer affordable workshops and our scrap store in London Road South is now fully open and contains all manner of lovely bits donated by some amazing supporters….together we can make crafting for all whilst saving items from landfill!

Looking for something to do this week? Worried about being stuck indoors because of the heat? ☀️

This Wednesday we’re hosting a Family Day! Come along and decorate a tote bag, a t-shirt, or enjoy some ceramic painting 🎨

🕙 Drop in anytime between 10am and 1pm
🚪 We close at 2pm

Ceramic painting doesn’t need to be booked in advance, but bookings are preferred if possible.

For those who havent visited the hub before we have ample free parking, completely step free and a large accessible toilet.

Need a quiet space? No problem just pop us a message and you can sit and create in the pottery studio, this is free but please pop us a message so we can book the space for you :)

Challenge time ! Pop into Re-Utilise Scrapstore to collect a test tube a plastic ring & a small jug with a stick!! What can you create using 1,2 or all 3 items!

Drop back to the scrapstore by the 2nd June at 2pm. Winner will receive a £10 voucher to be used either in the scrapstore or in the hub!
