This year's garden visit was to Hill Farm in Sandbach, where we spent a pleasant couple of hours investigating the transformation of this former dairy farm. The owners have created a series of linking gardens with different themes, including an orchard, spring garden, woodland area, courtyard and more.

!2 members turned out on a very hot evening for our annual Crazy Golf tournament at in Chelford. Sue Lewis was our eventual winner with some impressive moves, and got to keep our prestigious (!!) trophy for the year. A great evening as always.

Everyone hopes they'll never need the air ambulance, but we're glad it's there! Our talk this month was all about the fantastic work of this very worthwhile charity. The competition for a vase of flowers was popular, and our members' entries were back from Cheshire Show to be admired.
To cap it off, our own .tracey provided a sumptuous tea.

We made the most of the warm weather this evening, with all the doors and windows wide open and the sounds of TheFunkyChoir drifting across the village. Great food, great music and great company as always.
