Spark Spark is a branch of Worth Unlimited. We guide young people on their journey to better mental health We operate on a donations basis.

Spark offers counselling, mentoring and family support to young people aged 11-23 across the Epping Forest area. Originally set up as an alternative education provider, Spark switched its focus to emotional well-being in 2018 when it became clear to us that many of our young people needed mental health support. Time after time we see examples of young people turning a corner once they have the str

ategies in place to deal with their emotional struggles - meaning they can go on to achieve their full potential. We accept referrals from schools, GPs, other local agencies and families themselves. We receive no central funding, so rely on the support of our local community to keep our service going. We are grateful to Essex County Council for the use of the building we operate from.

The Church and Community Engagement Officer will build and maintain relationships with churches, schools and community organisations to increase awareness of Epping Forest Foodbank and encourage practical support through donations, volunteering, fundraising and referrals.

We are mostly closed over summer (other than sessions for existing clients) so we will see you in September 🤩

As the academic year draws to a close, we’ve been crunching the numbers to see if we’ve made the grade! So far, we’ve booked in more than 4,000 individual sessions, and supported around 300 young people and their families.
