Every single child who walks through your school gates has a common entitlement to a broad, balanced, and happy education.

No matter what their individual challenges or needs might be, our goal as educators is always the same: to remove the barriers that stand in their way.

With the DfE’s new Inclusive Mainstream Fund launching this term, schools finally have direct, dedicated funding to turn that beautiful vision into daily practice. Our Coach Training programme is designed to help you do exactly that without stretching your teachers' time.

By upskilling your existing team, we help you create an environment where emotional and social needs are supported early, right in the classroom and on the playground.

It’s a sustainable, heart-centered way to fulfill your school’s inclusivity statement.

You can download our prospectus free which will tell you all you need to know. Early bird discount is running all this week, ending on 21st June.

If you’ve been trying to digest the DfE’s new reforms, you’re definitely not alone. It’s a lot of policy to wade through. The most important takeaway for school leaders is simple: the government wants to move away from 'firefighting' inclusion issues.

Instead, they are providing the Inclusive Mainstream Fund so schools can build inclusion into their everyday culture. This means investing in training that helps your current staff support pupils who are struggling before they require an official diagnosis or an EHCP.

Our Coach Training framework is explicitly built around this proactive model. It gives your staff the tools to create a supportive environment.
Best of all, it maps perfectly onto the new accountability statements that Ofsted will be looking for. Let’s turn this new policy into a positive, stress-free reality for your school.

See how our programme can help align with the 2026 reforms, our early bird discount enrollment opens today, but ends on 21st June so don’t delay!

To every teacher who has ever finished a school day feeling completely drained from constantly firefighting emotional crises: we see you, and we appreciate you.

Too often, inclusion strategies focus entirely on the students, leaving teachers to pick up the pieces with very little support.

But the DfE’s new Inclusive Mainstream Fund is designed to change that. The government explicitly states that this ring-fenced funding can be used for workforce development and setting-wide inclusive practices.

At Worth-It, we believe that you cannot support the children if you don’t support the staff first! Our Coach Training framework is built to lighten your daily load.

By upskilling your existing staff it helps create a calm, respectful school environment where you can actually focus on teaching, not just managing behavioural disruptions.
Discover how we can help protect your energy and time this coming term and better still, our early bird discount applies from Monday 15th June, saving you even more on our standard price (ends 21st June so be quick!).

Let’s be honest, no one went into teaching because they loved writing compliance statements!

But with the new requirement for schools to display an active wellbeing and inclusivity statement for Ofsted, it’s a task that has to be done.

If you're wondering how to turn that policy statement into real, everyday classroom practice, here is a quick, 3-step checklist to help you get started using your new Inclusive Mainstream Fund:
1. Upskill Your Team:
Use the grant to provide your existing staff with straightforward, practical training in positive education.
2. Empower the Kids:
Launch a peer-support scheme like our Wellbeing Ambassadors so students can help create a culture of belonging.
3. Document the Wins:
Keep a simple log of how student-led initiatives are reducing playground incidents to show to governors and inspectors.
By focusing on a whole-school approach, you satisfy the new DfE requirements without adding a mountain of extra work to your plate. Want to see how we help you tick all these boxes?

Did you know that the new Inclusive Mainstream Fund isn't meant for individual pupil budgets?

Instead, the government wants schools to look at their entire student body and build an environment that supports everyone from day one.

This shift is a massive win for teachers because it focuses on early prevention.
When we train existing staff and launch our Coach Training programme, we give schools a sustainable way to improve their pastoral teams.

It means a warmer school culture, and a visible framework that checks all of Ofsted's new wellbeing accountability boxes.

Best of all, your school's new funding grant completely covers the cost of this training.
No stress on your department’s tight budget!
Best of all, we have an early bird offer running from 15th to 21st June which provides you with MORE savings from our standard price.

Have you ever had a moment where you looked around your workplace and thought, 'Yes, this is exactly why I do this'?

Our founder, Liz Robson, had one of those moments this week. While looking over the DfE's new guidelines for the Inclusive Mainstream Fund, she realised how closely the government's new vision for schools mirrors the dream she had when starting Worth-It years ago.

For a long time, teachers have had to navigate inclusion and wellbeing with very little resources, often spending their own weekends trying to find ways to support pupils who were struggling.

To see the government now mandate that wellbeing and inclusivity statements are measured on Ofsted (and back it up with funding to train existing staff) is an incredible turning point for education.

We are so proud to be on this journey with you. We are a social enterprise dedicated entirely to making your working lives easier and your pupils' lives brighter.
Thank you for letting us be part of your staff rooms!

Heads up, school leaders!

The DfE has confirmed the methodology for the new Inclusive Mainstream Fund, which means every state-funded primary and secondary school in England is receiving an additional grant (including a £3,000 baseline lump sum) to invest in whole-school inclusive practices.

This funding is arriving just as Ofsted increases its focus on how schools measure and display their wellbeing and inclusivity statements. If you are scratching your head wondering how to weave all of this together without adding to your teachers' workloads, we are here to help!

Our Wellbeing Ambassadors programme is a plug-and-play framework that can be fully paid for by this new funding.
It upskills your existing staff, supports adaptive teaching, and creates a peer-led support system that satisfies Ofsted’s push for a 'safe and respectful culture fostering belonging.' Let us do the heavy lifting for you.

We all know that a child can only learn when they feel safe, supported, and like they truly belong.

But with everything on a teacher’s plate right now, creating that environment can feel like an uphill battle. That’s why we love sharing stories like Sarah’s, an academy Pastoral Lead who felt like she was constantly firefighting mental health crises.

She partnered with us at Worth-It to roll out our Wellbeing Ambassadors programme.
Instead of trying to carry the weight alone, she empowered the pupils to lead peer-to-peer support.

Sarah told us: 'It completely changed the energy of our corridors. The children feel heard, and our staff finally have practical, everyday tools to support inclusion without burning out.'

With England's new Inclusive Mainstream Fund giving schools extra funding this term to build whole-school inclusive practices, there has never been a better time to invest in your existing team. Intrigued to see how it works?
