It’s happened again!

We’ve admitted another albino hedgehog to our rescue. This little one is Prickles and he is very small, with an injury to his stomach that needs careful treatment.

Albino hedgehogs are incredibly rare, yet this is our second one this year, which makes his arrival even more special.

Prickles will be spending the winter with us while he heals and grows, and he’ll be released safely in the spring.

This hedgehog has pulled off a scratch that looks like he’s trying to kick himself in the head.

Honestly? Olympic‑level flexibility.
Callanetics would be proud.

Thanks again Debbie for another fabulous video of your nightly visitors 🦔🐾😆

We would like to extend a massive THANK YOU to our loyal supporter Irene, who has been so very generous in donating some fabulous prizes for our Christmas Raffle 🎄
and some lovely strong bin liners from our Amazon wishlist.

Thank you Irene - it means the world to us to have you support us once again 💗🦔🐾

We have this gorgeous photo of Dawn's 3 baby hoglets, they were born in her safe garden but abandoned by Mum.

Tarquin, Elodie & Ambrose are very happily snuggled together on this lovely lion hot water bottle whilst travelling to us. They are very small and will spend the Winter months here and then be released into the wild 🦔🐾🦔🐾

This hedgehog is absolutely convinced he’s invented autumn fashion.
Today’s look: “Leaf Couture.”

Thank you Debbie for your lovely video 🍂🍁

🦔🐾 A prickle of hedgehogs in Cath’s garden! 🐾🦔

Cath recently brought us a tiny hedgehog weighing only 200g to rehabilitate, and she’s also shared this fantastic video of the nightly visitors exploring her garden.

We’re absolutely delighted to see your little prickle thriving, Cath.
Thank you so much for caring for them the way you do, your garden has become a proper hedgehog haven. 💚🌿
