Together with 3rd Chilwell Scouts, 8 of our Scouts undertook their Scout Expedition Challenge this weekend and absolutely smashed it considering that the youngest is only 10.5 years old! 🌟

Our Huginn & Muninn Explorers did a fab job of helping out too by assisting the adult leaders in monitoring the teams as they made their way around Gradbach to Three Shires Head & The Roaches.

Now for a well deserved day off tomorrow for all involved!

Our Beavers have just returned from their ‘Drive in Movie’ sleepover where they got to make their own cars and watch a film in them, before sleeping over at 6th Beeston Scout hut. A great night was had by all.

Our Explorers had an ABSOLUTE BLAST on our first Revolution Camp at the beautiful Isle of Wight.

Storm David didn't ruin the fun and we certainly have come away with loads of camp stories!

Our Ravens went on their first Nottinghamshire Emergency Scout Support Team Challenge Walk yesterday and smashed it being completely independent! 🌟

It was misty, it was SO MUDDY but good golly, was it an experience!

Also, massive shout out to TGR Embroidery for doing a rush job on getting our fabulous new hoodies and beanies ready in time for the weekend ♥️

So excited to publicly announce our ESU's name and logo - 💯 decided on by our Explorers 🌟

We are the Huginn & Muninn ESU (pronounced as HOO-ghinn & MOO-nin), also informally known as The Ravens.

The name was chosen to honour the Viking history of Toton and Odin's ravens represent "thought" and "memory".

A chill evening of programme planning ideas and a bit of gingerbread decorating for late night snacking 😉

Stay tuned for when our new neckers and hoodies arrive!
