The 2018s attended the Gerry McAuley Festival of Games at Oakland Park today.
What a fantastic day of football for our two teams, who competed in seven matches in a fun, non-competitive tournament filled with smiles, goals, and great memories.
The boys and girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and a huge well done to Shay, Leo, Molly, and Mabel on receiving individual awards for their efforts.
A massive shout-out to Trojans for hosting such an excellent day of football. The tournament was extremely well organised, enjoyable, and a great experience for everyone involved.
βš½πŸ‘ Well done to all our players for representing the club so brilliantly! πŸ†πŸ’™πŸ’›

Our 2016 Colts played in the Phoenix tournament at Magee this morning and what a morning it was.

The team just losing out to the hosts in the Cup final on pens.
Some great football played and some great goals scored.

Special mention to young Barra scoring a hatrick 😎 The lads played brilliant and were very unlucky not to come away with the trophy.

Well done boys βš½πŸ‘
Also special mention to Mark at Phoenix for organising a great tournament and brilliant few hours of football ⚽

Tonight was the boys' turn at the Ryan McBride 2018 Tournament on a blustery evening at St. Joe's.
The boys were outstanding in the group stages, finishing top of their group with 3 wins from 3 games and 3 clean sheets.
They then faced Quigley's Point in the Cup quarter-final, where their run came to an end with a narrow 1–0 defeat.
A super effort from all the boys tonight, and everyone at the club is incredibly proud of their performances, attitude, and determination throughout the tournament.
A massive thank you to the Ryan McBride Foundation for organising another fantastic night of football. πŸ‘βš½πŸ’™

Toth Celtic 2018 Girls took part in their first-ever competition tonight at the Ryan McBride 2018 Girls Tournament held at Bay Road.
The girls played some fantastic football throughout the evening and, most importantly, played with smiles on their faces as they battled through a tough group stage.

They then faced Don Boscos in a thrilling end-to-end semi-final. Molly scored all four goals in a dramatic 4-3 victory to send Toth into the final against Greencastle.

Unfortunately, after a tremendous effort, the girls were beaten in the final by a very strong Greencastle side. Every single player gave their all in every game and did themselves, their coaches, and the club proud.

A huge thank you to the Ryan McBride Foundation for organising such a well-run tournament and providing a fantastic evening of girls' football, with so many talented teams involved.
Well done, girls – a brilliant achievement in your first competition!
