We have recently been fortunate to collaborate with Love Grace x. They work to raise awareness and fight against violence against women and girls in memory of Grace Millane, who was tragically murdered whilst travelling in Aotearoa in 2018.
We'd like to thank them for their generous donation of more than 50 bags containing essentials and self-care items to the residents in our refuges, which will mean a lot to those who have had to leave their homes and are embarking on a new life free from abuse.

Mental Health Awareness Week starts today 💜

Mental health isn’t separate from the things we go through. Feeling unsafe, isolated, overwhelmed or constantly on edge can have a lasting impact long after a difficult situation ends.

At BCWA, we know healing is not always about having the right words or “getting over it”. Sometimes support looks like being listened to without judgement, having space to breathe, or simply knowing someone is in your corner.

Small acts of care can make a huge difference. A message. A conversation. A moment of kindness when someone needs it most.

If you’re struggling right now, you do not have to go through it alone.

What an incredible match!

Bromley & Croydon Women's Aid are so proud to have partnered with the London City Lionesses for their match against Leicester on Sunday, 26th April 2026.

It was a brilliant opportunity to raise awareness of our work supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse, and to stand alongside a club that champions women both on and off the pitch.

A huge thank you to London City Lionesses for welcoming us, helping to shine a light on such an important issue, and showing what powerful community partnership can look like.

On game-day there will be a raffle, where you can win exciting branded items, with the proceeds going directly to BCWA.
