Our Story
Every year we raise funds & awareness for a charity dedicated to Blood Cancer. For those of you who know me well you will already be aware that it is very close to both my families & my heart for a good reason – I have been managing to live with a form of mutated Blood Cancer for 10 years now – LDBCL, It’s been a rocky road at times but I am pleased to say I am winning. I am well aware of how lucky I am hence for the last few years I have organised these fundraisers, presented resilience talks for other charities, schools and organisations and helped support others with similar diagnosis.
This year we are proud to be raising funds & awareness for DKMS again - a valuable resource for StemCell donation by matching donors with recipients, raising awareness and funding research – So simply put, this is an invitation to join us for our ‘Roaring Twenties Winter Dance’ on 1st December 2018. These events have grown in popularity over the years but for this one I have had to limit tickets to 150, so don’t take too long to decide – why not think about your pre-christmas get together…..
