FieldWorks was founded by a couple of humanitarian aid workers who were tired of being part of a system that prioritises the needs and aspirations of donors over those of the communities which they purport to serve. Our mission is to promote an alternative vision for supporting aid initiatives by amplifying the potential of good grassroots organisations that truly represent and act on behalf of th
eir community. We aim to create a trust-centred ecosystem that connects empowered grassroots organisations to equitably access the resources of a global movement that believes in locally led sustainable social change.
