With just a few days to go, we thought it was time to introduce the person who has been bringing this whole day together. 😊

In this video, NNG Committee member, Priyesh, shares a little about himself and why he’s so excited for the meditation workshop with Ben Smith - in particular, because of the simplicity of Ben's approach. From exploring how we can bring meditation into our day-to-day lives, to trying practical techniques together, the session has been designed to feel welcoming, accessible and genuinely useful for everyday life. 🧘🏽‍♂️🌿

One of the most beautiful things about kirtan is the way it brings people together. 🎶

People of different ages, backgrounds, faiths and experiences come together through music and mantra to create something bigger than themselves. It's a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and others, and experience a genuine sense of belonging. 💛🌍

At a time when it's easy to feel disconnected, there's something incredibly special about sharing an experience of reconnection - with ourselves, with each other and with nature. That's the experience we'll be creating at Reset & Reconnect on 25th July, through a meditation workshop and live kirtan - fuelled by a nourishing vegetarian dinner. 🤗🌳
