Introducing Navnat Next Gen
A brand new community for the next generation

The Vision
Our hope is to create the foundations of the future of Navnat and ensure that the next generation are still able to enjoy the benefits of our community. With upcoming events including self defense classes, support in parenthood, charity walks and an art jam, we hope to provide a professional and innovative take on community engagement. We are a new Navnat community specifically created to engage the 25-45 years age group. We want to bridge the gap between the NYA and the Vadil communities. We aim to do this by engaging with a variety of professionals, young families and those who know how to have a good time! With your help we hope to future-proof our community and embrace our culture, values and beliefs. Socialise- Expand the Navnat network by bringing people together through video, podcasts and live events. Support – Create a space to support the next generation throughout different stages of their lives. Serve – Give back by helping Navnat and volunteering in the wider community.

Michhami Dukkadam 🙏🏽

May we move forward together with forgiveness in our hearts, kindness in our actions and peace within ourselves.

✨ RESET & RECONNECT | 25.07.26 | MEET PRIYESH | MEDITATION WORKSHOP✨

With just a few days to go, we thought it was time to introduce the person who has been bringing this whole day together. 😊

In this video, NNG Committee member, Priyesh, shares a little about himself and why he’s so excited for the meditation workshop with Ben Smith - in particular, because of the simplicity of Ben's approach. From exploring how we can bring meditation into our day-to-day lives, to trying practical techniques together, the session has been designed to feel welcoming, accessible and genuinely useful for everyday life. 🧘🏽‍♂️🌿

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already have some experience, we hope this gives you a little glimpse into the atmosphere we’re aiming to create on Saturday. 💛
