Mantras are very powerful. Correct pronunciation and recitation make these much more effective.
For thousands of years, human civilizations have used sound as a tool for healing, transformation, concentration, emotional regulation, and spiritual evolution. Among the oldest and most sophisticated sound-based practices is the science of mantras. Ancient Vedic sages described mantras not merely as words, but as vibrational technologies capable of influencing the mind, body, consciousness, and environment. In this sesion we have a conversation of Professor Rajeev Gupta and Dr Vishal Dwivedi who explore how repetitive sound of Mantra, rhythmic breathing, focused attention, and vocal resonance alter brain chemistry, autonomic nervous system balance, emotional regulation, cognition, immunity, and neuroplasticity. Learn why we do Mantra chanting and how it affects us .

Narasimha Jayanti – Victory of Faith over Fear
On this sacred day, we celebrate the divine appearance of Narasimha, the fierce half-man, half-lion avatar of Vishnu, who manifested to protect his भक्त Prahlada and uphold dharma.
When tyranny and arrogance crossed all limits, Bhagwan Narasimha emerged from a pillar — neither day nor night, neither inside nor outside — to destroy evil and prove that divine protection always prevails for true devotees.
📿
उग्रं वीरं महाविष्णुं ज्वलन्तं सर्वतोमुखम्।
नृसिंहं भीषणं भद्रं मृत्युमृत्युं नमाम्यहम्॥
Meaning: I bow to Lord Narasimha — the fierce, heroic form of Mahavishnu, blazing with power in all directions, who is both terrifying to evil and auspicious to devotees, and the destroyer of death itself.
🌿 Spiritual Message:
✨ Faith conquers fear
✨ Dharma always triumphs over adharma
✨ The Divine is present everywhere — even where we least expect
May Lord Narasimha bless us with courage, protection and unwavering devotion.
Wishing everyone a blessed and powerful Narasimha Jayanti!

Yoga offers significant health benefits, including reduced stress (lower cortisol), improved mental clarity, and decreased physical pain, particularly in the back and shoulders. For business, implementing yoga enhances productivity, strengthens team cohesion, and reduces absenteeism. It acts as a "weightlifting for the brain," increasing focus and creativity.

Health Benefits of Yoga
Reduced Stress & Anxiety: Yoga lowers stress hormones like cortisol while increasing serotonin, helping employees feel more positive and calm.
Physical Pain Alleviation: Specifically, it reduces neck, shoulder, and low-back pain, which are common for desk-based employees.
Improved Physical Health: Regular practice improves flexibility, strength, posture, and cardiovascular endurance.
Mental Clarity & Well-being: It boosts focus, memory, and cognitive function, leading to better decision-making.

🌿✨ Mohini Ekadashi – A Day of Divine Grace & Clarity ✨🌿

Wishing everyone a blessed Mohini Ekadashi, a sacred day dedicated to Vishnu in his enchanting Mohini avatar.

Mohini Ekadashi reminds us of the divine episode of Samudra Manthan, where Bhagwan Vishnu took the form of Mohini to distribute Amrit (nectar of immortality) and restore balance between good and evil. It symbolises the power of wisdom, discernment and righteous action in overcoming illusion (maya).

🌼 Spiritually it:
✨ Helps cleanse past karmas and purify the mind
✨ Encourages self-discipline, devotion and inner clarity
✨ Guides us to choose truth over illusion and dharma over distraction

Fasting on this day is not just about abstaining from food, but about detoxifying the mind, controlling desires, and focusing on spiritual growth.

🙏 May Bhagwan Vishnu in his Mohini form bless us with clarity of thought, strength to overcome illusions, and guide us on the path of righteousness.

🌸 Wishing everyone a peaceful and spiritually uplifting Mohini Ekadashi! 🌸

Hindu philosophy presents a sophisticated model that describes the nature of reality as multi-layered and interconnected. At the highest level is Brahman, the ultimate, unchanging reality that underlies all existence. Brahman is described as infinite, formless, and beyond sensory perception, yet it manifests as the entire universe. This concept resonates with modern scientific ideas of a unified field or underlying energy that governs all physical phenomena. At the individual level, the concept of Ātman represents the true self or consciousness, which is considered identical to Brahman. This identity forms the basis of the famous Upanishadic statement, “Tat Tvam Asi” (That Thou Art), indicating that the essence of the individual is not separate from the universal reality. This perspective challenges the conventional notion of individuality, suggesting that separation is an illusion created by the mind
