Join us as we officially launch the AVOCADO HUB, a new co-working and community space created to support entrepreneurs, nonprofits, young people, creatives, and changemakers from Black, Asian, Multi-Ethnic and Refugee communities.

The AVOCADO HUB is more than a workspace. It’s a place to connect, collaborate, access opportunities, build partnerships, and grow.
Through enterprise support, financial education, capacity building, and community connections, we’re creating a home where people and organisations can thrive.

We are proud of our CEO and Founder, Carol Akiwumi MBE, for representing The AVOCADO Foundation yesterday at panel discussion on “Harnessing Emerging Technologies for Socio-Economic Transformation and Global Competitiveness” during the ongoing 8th Annual Research and Innovation Week.

Beyond discussing the future of technology, Carol highlighted the importance of financial literacy and entrepreneurship as practical tools for reducing economic inequality. She also advocated for the inclusion of financial literacy in schools, ensuring that young people are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed financial decisions and build successful futures.
