We’re having to go public —
Our Members in LONDON Region are having to go on STRIKE this week (10th & 11th June) because our employer won’t release an independent investigators report to us.
Here’s a short summary of what happened:
1️⃣ In April 2026, management received a report on the culture within the London Region from an independent investigator.
2️⃣ Unite been requesting since then that the report’s findings & recommendations be shared with Unite in line with the independent investigation’s terms of reference, which were
agreed between management & Unite members.
3️⃣ In mid-May 2026, Unite gave notice of strike action. We have informed management we would withdraw this action if we received either the report itself or a timeline in which we would
receive it. Management were unwilling to provide either.
