We tried! As you may know, for months we (alongside residents from Brent and Harrow Council's and local ward Councillors) fought against Harrow Council's plans to demolish The Travellers Rest in Kenton.

440+ objections were made and despite it all, we were overruled and the approved the new development.

Although this is very disappointing, we finally had A VOICE📢 for our community and ward, and we will not be disheartened by this result. We will continue to be YOUR VOICE.

🚨Spring is here🚨
On Tuesday 17th March, all schools within our ward came together as part of the 'Great British Spring Clean'!
Armed with bin bags, gloves and litter pickers, they diligently picked litter🚮 from Woodcock Park and Kenton Grange!

🚨ITS OFFICIAL🚨 After just 6 months, KRAB aka Kenton Residents' Association Brent, has officially been registered and recognised by Brent Council!

Area surrounding Northwick Circle and The Ridgeway,
Kenton, 1934

The new Northwick Estate began to take shape in 1924 with the construction of 500-foot circle, the
site of a private club with roads branching out from it. The club has since become a Masonic
centre.

Every semi-detached housing unit on the estate was built in a different style to the immediate
neighbouring pair, each dwelling costing up to about £1,400 freehold

🚨Good News!!🚨
After many months/years of hard work from Cllr Sunita Hirani (amongst others); Shaftesbury Avenue through to Preston Road, will be COMPLETELY resurfaced🎊🎊
Please note that 2nd - 4th February the entirety of Shaftesbury Avenue will be closed between 8am - 4.30pm.
Massive thank you to all those involved in finally delivering fresh roads to our ward!
