The Sh*to Ryu Karate Federation of England (SRKFE) is a non-profit federation established in 2015, bringing together more English clubs practicing Sh*to Ryu Karate.
Our mission: to give every Sh*to Ryu Karateka in England the opportunity to train, grow, and compete nationally and internationally.

Each year, we host the Sh*to Ryu England National Championships ๐, where our best athletes compete for the title of English Sh*to Ryu Karate Champion and selection to represent Sh*to Ryu England at the European and World Sh*to Ryu Championships.

We have a growing Referee Committee with regular courses and 10+ officials, 6 of whom are nationally qualified.
Weโre raising the standards for fair play and professionalism across all levels.
๐ค Open to All Sh*to Ryu Clubs in England
Membership is open to all clubs and athletes practicing Sh*to Ryu, whether affiliated with the EKF, EKNBG or not, including schools such as Hayashi-ha, Sh*tokai, Shukokai, Kofukan, Inoue-ha, Ishimi-ha, and others.
