The number of women CEOs leading Fortune 500 Europe companies increased from 41 to 43 this year, marking a modest step forward in women’s representation at the highest levels of business leadership.

Last week, former IWF Global Board Chair Esther Silver Parker joined IWF Arkansas for its 30th Anniversary celebration. As a panelist for “Global Status of Women: A 30-Year Journey,” she shared her perspective on what women need to advance women’s leadership today.

IWF CEO Stephanie O’Keefe also joined IWF Arkansas members to celebrate the Forum’s 30-year legacy and reflect on all they have built together.

Earlier this month, exceptional women leaders from across Australia and around the world gathered in Sydney for IWFA Symposium 2026: Fearless Leaders.

Across two days, IWF Australia members explored the forces shaping our future, from AI and technology sovereignty to climate change, political leadership, media, sports, and responsible leadership.

Hosted at the historic Public Library of New South Wales, the Symposium brought together an extraordinary lineup of speakers, thought-provoking discussions, intimate Dine-Arounds, and a memorable evening at the Art Gallery of New South Wales. Thank you to everyone who helped make this gathering a celebration of connection, leadership, and community.

IWF is pleased to announce the 33rd class of the IWF Leadership Fellows Program. The 2026–2027 cohort includes 34 exceptional women leaders from Argentina, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Jordan, Mexico, Oman, South Africa, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and, for the first time, Mongolia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
