عن حقوق الإنسان
حقوق الإنسان هي الحقوق المتلازمة والمترابطة والغير قابلة للتجزأة والمستحقة لكل إنسان بغض النظر عن لونه وعرقه وجنسه أو أي اعتبارات أخرى، ولكل إنسان التمتع بهذه الحقوق على قدم المساواة ودون تمييز. التي يجب أن ينالها كل الأخلاقية التي تحدد معايير معينة من السلوك البشري والتي يجب على الأشخاص الالتزام بها.
وكل هذه المبادئ تدور حول الكرامة الإنسانية لكل البشر
"وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا ب
َنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَىٰ كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلًا" الإسراء الآية70
وعدد من هذه الحقوق تضمنها القوانين الدولية سواء بالميثاق العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والملزم لكل دول الأمم المتحدة أو بالمعاهدات والاتفاقيات المستقلة وذلك حسب انضمام الدول لتلك الاتفاقيات وتوقيعها وتصديقها عليها.
ٱلْقِسْطِ ، تعرض المواثيق والمعاهدات الملزمة للملكة العربية السعودية، وتقوم بدراسة مدى إلتزام السعودية بهذه المعاهدات، وذلك عبر دراسة حالات وشكاوى قد تتجاوز فيها السلطات وتنتهك حقوق الإنسان وكرامته الإنسانية، وهنا بعض المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الملزمة للملكة العربية السعودية سواء بكونها ملزمة بذاتها أو لكون المملكة العربية السعودية قد قامت بالانضمام لها سواء بالتوقيع أو التصديق

Human rights are rights that are inherent to all human beings, whatever ones nationality, place of residence, s*x, ethnic origin, religion, language, or any other status. These rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible. All human rights are based on the notion of human dignity. These rights are often guaranteed to us by law in the form on international treaties, customary international law, general principles and other sources of law. International Human Rights Law places obligations on governments to act in a particular manner and to refrain from certain acts, in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms, not only for individuals but also for groups. We at ALQST, are seeking to ensure that Saudi Arabia are fulfilling their human rights obligations under international law. We will be bringing you up to date information about cases, violations and abuses that are occuring on the ground in Saudi Arabia.
