It was brilliant to see so many people get into a sports wheelchair, experience the speed and skill of the game, and discover just how much fun wheelchair basketball can be.

From first-time players to those who couldn’t resist getting competitive on the 3v3 court — you brought the energy! 🙌

A special thank you to everyone who helped make the day happen as part of the London Sports Festival.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to play wheelchair basketball?

On Tuesday 28th July, London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club is taking over the 3v3 court at Paternoster Square, and we’d love to invite your team to experience one of the world’s fastest-growing sports.

As part of the London Sports Festival, we’re offering free one-hour sessions throughout the day, giving you the chance to get in a sports wheelchair, learn the basics, and play alongside London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club.

📍 Paternoster Square (next to St Paul’s Cathedral)

⏰ Hourly sessions from 11:00am – 5:00pm
đź’· Completely FREE

Each session includes:

Coaching from .sealy.82 .paterson .btp and others
The opportunity to play with London Titans’ Premier and other division players
A fun, inclusive team experience
All equipment provided – just bring your energy and willingness to give it a go!
Whether you’re looking for a unique team activity, a lunchtime challenge, or simply want to experience basketball from a different perspective, we’d love to welcome you.

There is no experience necessary, and you don’t need to bring anything—we’ll provide the sports wheelchairs and coaching.

If you’d like to book a session for your team, simply reply to this email with your preferred time, and we’ll reserve your slot.

This Thursday, 9th July (TOMORROW) we are proud to showcase the incredible skills of four under 18, 3v3 wheelchair basketball teams at Trafalgar Square. This event is held in conjunction with and , highlighting our commitment to sport and community.
