Streatham Central Church

We are a group of 40+ locals who love Jesus, believe the Bible, and want to serve Streatham. Meeting Every Sunday, 10am We've been in Streatham since 2014.

We want to be a church that is shameless about living 'life to the full' the way Jesus shows us. And we want to share His love, truth and joy with people in Streatham. Whether you would call yourself a Christian or not, we hope to be a church for you, not for ourselves. Please get in touch if you have any questions about us or about the Bible. If you know of any practical needs in Streatham that we might be able to help with, or if you would like to read the Bible with someone, just drop us a message.

PRAYER NIGHT ✨⭐️🌃

We gathered, shared a meal, and prayed.

We meditated on the 1 Thessalonians 5:12-24.

‘We ask you, brothers, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you,’
‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭12‬ ‭ESV‬‬

‘Do not despise prophecies, but test everything; hold fast what is good.’
‭‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭20‬-‭21‬ ‭ESV‬‬

It was such a special Sunday as we rejoiced with our brothers who took a big step of obedience and were baptised. What a beautiful moment to celebrate together! 🙌
