CPR register data breach.

Another week, another data breach.

Just as Denmark was coming to terms with a major cyberattack at Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) last Friday, another serious data breach has shaken the country awake this morning.

Unauthorised parties exploited a company's legitimate access to Denmark's CPR system, potentially exposing the CPR numbers and personal information linked to 8.8 million people – including current residents, those who have moved abroad, and those who have died.

The incident reportedly occurred sometime in September but only came to light last Friday evening.

Cancellation of our Christmas lunch

Unfortunately, we’ve decided to cancel our Christmas lunch this year due to the cost being higher than anticipated.

As you’re undoubtedly aware, restaurants, like many businesses, have faced significant increases in their own costs and have understandably had to adjust their prices accordingly. This is especially the case in the weeks leading up to Christmas.

As we want to make our lunches financially attractive as well as enjoyable and accessible, we have decided to arrange a New Year’s lunch at l’Escargot at the end of January instead. More details will follow as soon as possible.
