Across Europe, wildfire risk is rising. Hundreds of thousands of hectares have already burned this year.

Behind every statistic are people, animals & wildlife forced from their homes, firefighters risking their lives, businesses disrupted & communities facing an uncertain future.

We can keep expanding fossil fuels, or we can invest in clean energy, resilient communities and a safer future.

🚨 Rosebank can still be stopped…But only if people speak up!

The UK Government is asking the public whether Britain’s largest undeveloped oil field should go ahead.

If approved, Rosebank could unlock over 480 million barrels of oil and produce around 254 million tonnes of CO₂ over its lifetime, at a time when communities are already facing worsening floods, wildfires and extreme weather.

This consultation is your chance to say no.

RECAP: Turns out fossil fuel investors don’t love having their lobby occupied by people calling out their hypocrisy. Who knew?

Today activists disrupted business as usual at Federated Hermes, demanding they DROP EACOP and stop profiting from climate breakdown while hiding behind glossy sustainability reports.

For a couple of hours, ordinary people transformed the building into something much more honest: a giant public reminder that you cannot greenwash a carbon bomb, no matter how hard you try, and even on one of the hottest May days ever recorded in the UK.

From Uganda and Tanzania to London, resistance to fossil fuel colonialism is growing and today was one more crack in the façade.

We stand in solidarity with communities resisting extraction, displacement, pollution and corporate greed masquerading as “climate leadership.”

🚨 TODAY: Activists from Cut The Ties To Fossil Fuels occupied the headquarters of Federate Hermes because apparently “net zero” means something very different when your profits depend on oil pipelines.

If you haven’t heard of Federate Hermes, they invest in TotalEnergies, one of the companies behind the East African Crude Oil Pipeline...a project expected to generate 379 million tonnes of CO2, displace over 100,000 people and threaten vital ecosystems and water sources across Uganda and Tanzania.

We decorated the windows with oily money and “DROP EACOP” messaging because if corporations insist on greenwashing everything, somebody has to redecorate.

More than 40 banks and 30 insurers have already distanced themselves from EACOP.

So why are TotalEnergies still clinging onto it like it’s 1997?
