🚯 Pop-Up Waste Day returns to Charville this weekend after the success of the last event! ♻️
Following the strong turnout and positive feedback from residents at our previous Pop-Up Waste Day, I’m really pleased to confirm that the service is returning to Charville this weekend.
These events make a real difference — giving residents a convenient way to dispose of bulky items responsibly, supporting those without access to transport, and helping us tackle fly-tipping locally. Because of the community’s support last time, we’re bringing it back again.
📍 Charville Community Centre, Bury Avenue, Hayes
🗓 Saturday 25th April 2026 | 10am – 2pm
Residents can bring up to five items per household, including bulky waste, small electrical items, furniture, scrap metal, and household items not collected weekly. Proof of address or a HillingdonFirst card is required.
As your local Charville ward councillor and a local resident myself, I’ve continued working with the Cabinet Member for Community and Environment and council officers to support practical, community-based solutions like this — making it easier to dispose of waste responsibly and helping keep our neighbourhood clean.
The last Pop-Up Waste Day showed what we can achieve when we work together — let’s make this one just as successful 💪
