Tomorrow is a big day at Ewart House as we officially open The Brewart Café.

While the finishing touches have been happening inside, we’ve also been busy transforming the communal garden. Because creating a welcoming place isn’t just about the building, it’s about the spaces where people can sit together, chat over a coffee and enjoy being outdoors.

This week, colleagues from Greenhill Housing Association and HAD came together to plant flowers and bring colour to the garden ahead of tomorrow’s opening.

A huge thank you to Harrow Garden Centre for donating the flowers and plants, and to Dean and Billy from Solstice Gardens for donating tools and volunteering their time. Your generosity has helped create a space that residents, families and visitors can enjoy for years to come.

We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone tomorrow and celebrating what can be achieved when a community comes together. 🌸

We recently brought tenants together at Ewart House to share plans for what’s coming next and to introduce the people who will help deliver it.

From the new café service with to wellbeing support like hairdressing and foot care, the session gave tenants a chance to hear directly from providers, ask questions and share their thoughts.

This stage is all about making sure services are shaped around real needs and everyday experiences.

A big thank you to .sills our Project Manager, and Ekky, who leads on tenant engagement, for bringing this together and making sure tenants are part of the process from the start.

More to come as the project develops.
