On Thursday 1 October, patients, NHS workers and campaigners across England are taking action against Palantir. We need you there.

In 2023 NHS England gave Palantir a £330 million contract to run its new data platform. The review date is February 2027, but the decision on whether Palantir stays will be made well before then. The next few months matter.

Palantir's tools are used by the Israeli military in Gaza and by ICE to track and surveil migrants in the US. A company profiting from human rights violations has no place in the NHS or in any of our public services.

We're calling on every NHS trust and Integrated Care Board to reject Palantir's technology, and on the government to use the break clause and end the contract.

📢 NO PALANTIR IN OUR NHS 📢

On Thursday 1 October, NHS patients, health workers and activists across England are taking to the streets to say NO to Palantir in our health service.

Palantir's deeply controversial NHS contract is up for renewal. We're calling on the government to back the break clause and get this company out of our NHS, for good.

This is happening alongside a global "People vs Palantir" week of action, with mobilisations across North America, South America, Europe and Australia. One day, one message: end all contracts and partnerships with Palantir.

The government’s ban on trade with Israel’s illegal settlements is extremely welcome. Britain has always said settlements are illegal. It made no sense that we allowed trade and investment which helped these entities, built on the violent forced displacement of Palestinians.

Today’s announcement is the result of many years of work by campaigners and Palestinians themselves fighting to end severe injustice. We know this move will be very popular in Britain. But it must be just the beginning.

How can we cooperate with a military guilty of the most serious abuses of international law? How can we trade with a country that stands accused of genocide at the world’s highest court?

Today the Foreign Secretary admitted Keir Starmer’s government had got it wrong on Israel. This must be the start, not the end, of putting it right.
