A RARE RAILWAY POSTMARK MAGDEBURG-ROSTOCK
What’s unique about this postmark ! although the TPO
postmark was Magdeburg-Rostock the timetable below
proves the mail train never actually ran between stations.
I hope, those reading the timetable would understand. Train/ZUG
129 Continues only the section Wismar-Rostock (both are
Seaports) and had no connection with Magdeburg Station as of
inscription of postmark support. Perhaps it was the Only
Postmark Available to the TPO Service Magdeburg and used
from TPO Service Rostock for train/ ZUG 129.
