Alan Wordie's epic handbike journey from Land's End to John O'Groats is now well underway. This weekend he was joined at Loch Ness by Salter Bear, who shared his energy snacks and tried out the bike. Alan's ride is for the Motor Neurone Disease Association, he's aiming to raise £70,000 to mark his 70th birthday - huge thanks to everyone who has supported so far.
