Firstly, thank you — mesi — to everyone involved in making our Feast of St. Isidore and celebration of Kweyol culture such a success, especially as this was our first since Covid.

We’ve truly enjoyed seeing all the videos and photos we’ve been tagged in and reliving the joy of the day.
There are so many people to thank, and we apologise in advance if we miss anyone — there were many moving parts that helped make the event so special.

To and Fr John Jesus, thank you for your heartfelt service, and your experiences in Dominica resonated with many of us. “Ou c’est Domnichen garcon!”

To Her Excellency Mrs Loreen Bannis-Roberts and her staff of the High Commission, thank you for joining us and celebrating with our community. ()

To all of our volunteers who gave up their time to help, we cannot thank you enough for your dedication and support.

For many years, has been supporting our group and celebrating our culture alongside us ❤️

While looking through old memories, we came across these photos from Isidore 2013 — and we’re so happy to welcome them back again this year at our Feast of St Isidore event!

Not only will they be joining us as a vendor, but they will also be bringing something special to the celebration with a Kweyol Fashion Show 👗✨

Over the years, with your continued support, we’ve been able to give back to our community in Dominica in meaningful ways. From supporting education to investing in our young people, every contribution has helped us make a difference ❤️

📚 Donating books to the Dominica Library Service
💻 Providing computers and chairs for the Grand Bay Youth Centre

These are just a few examples of the work we’ve been proud to support over the years — and we’re not done yet.
