Are you passionate about software engineering, building real products and developing your technical skills? This is your opportunity to join King’s Labs, the technology arm of King’s Business Club, and gain hands-on experience building software for real companies.

As a Software Engineer, you will:

* Build and ship production software for companies through King’s Labs’ pro bono projects, from scoping requirements through to deployment
* Work with the team to plan architecture, conduct code reviews and establish engineering standards
* Mentor members of the King’s Labs Academy as they build and ship their own full web applications
* Co-host weekly LeetCode sessions and contribute to technical interview preparation
* Collaborate with the Principal and KBC Committee to run industry events with companies hiring for software engineering roles

We are looking for individuals with strong knowledge of at least one programming language, experience with modern web development and a genuine interest in building and shipping software. Experience with React/Next.js, Node, databases, cloud deployment or a GitHub portfolio is a plus. Strong communication, ownership, reliability and a willingness to mentor others are essential.

As part of King’s Labs, you will have the opportunity to:

* Build real products for real startups and add shipped projects to your CV
* Gain hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle
* Connect with engineers and recruiters through industry events and KBC’s network
* Develop leadership experience by mentoring the next generation of builders at King’s
* Help shape the technology culture at King’s College London and contribute to building KBC’s engineering arm

Are you passionate about public markets, financial analysis and developing investment ideas? This is your opportunity to join the Equities Team at King’s Capital, the student-led investment fund under King’s Business Club, and play a key role in producing research and shaping investment decisions.

As an Equities Associate, you will:

* Collaborate with the Head of Equities, Senior Associate and fellow Associates to develop and present a minimum of 3 stock pitches per semester
* Track existing investments, update financial models and prepare short updates in response to earnings and macroeconomic developments
* Research industry trends, competitive dynamics and sector-specific risks to identify companies that align with the fund’s goals
* Collaborate with the Quantitative Trading Team to strengthen investment theses through tools such as Monte Carlo DCF analysis and hedging strategies
* Provide teaching and mentorship to Academy participants, supporting the development of future talent

We are looking for individuals with strong financial analysis skills, knowledge of 3-statement analysis, financial ratios, DCF and Comparable Company Analysis, alongside advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities. A genuine passion for finance and public markets, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to challenge ideas and bring innovative perspectives are essential.

As part of King’s Capital, you will have the opportunity to:

* Create stock pitches for trades within the fund and publish three equities research reports per semester
* Gain hands-on experience in investment research, financial analysis and portfolio decision-making
* Access KBC’s extensive network of alumni and industry professionals

Are you creative, curious and passionate about what makes brands and marketing work? This is your opportunity to join King’s Brand Academy and gain hands-on experience working on real pro-bono marketing projects with King’s Brand.

As a King’s Brand Academy Analyst, you will:

- Develop creative marketing and branding ideas for real organisations
- Work collaboratively with your team to solve client marketing challenges
- Research target audiences, brands and relevant market trends
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Present clear, practical recommendations to clients and the project leads
- Take ownership of your work and contribute actively throughout each project

You’ll build practical skills in marketing, branding and strategy, learn from the King’s Brand team and have the opportunity to progress from Analyst to Strategist based on your performance throughout the Academy.
