Calling all Cadets- IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!
The CAAs will deliver the Annual Camp 2023 Parental Information Letter and Consent forms to your Detachments by Monday 22 May 23.
Your DC's will have enough forms for everyone, for those going to annual camp.
There are 3 forms that need to be returned: The Annual Camp consent form, the PARQ (to participate on an obstacle course) and the Cadet Medical Information Form.
*******Without a signed consent form and the Cadet Medical Information form submitted in hard copy that Cadet will not be permitted to attend Annual Camp.****************
No scans, photo’s or photocopies will be accepted.
It must be the correct form and it must be signed by the NOK.
Please check the forms before your child/ward hands the forms in that they have been filled in correctly.
All forms will be collected by your CAA on the 4 Jul 23. After this date no late submissions will be accepted.
Please help out staff by getting the completed forms and payment for Annual camp sorted asap.
Payment is done by Coy arrangements, ask your Detachments Commanders if you are unsure.
