About ten years ago, before I discovered sound healing, I was trying everything I could find to help with meditation.

You’ll notice in the I Know This Girl shop we offer 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 inch crystal singing bowls. 

As well as choosing different notes, you can choose a range of sizes when building your singing bowl collection. 

The size isn’t just to make them easier to stack, although that is helpful when transporting them in a case.

The size changes the vibrations and depth of sound. You’ll feel them differently in your body, even if the bowls are the same note, just a different size. 

🌟 Smaller bowls are accelerating and generally felt above the body. 

🌟 Medium-sized bowls tend to resonate in the body. 

🌟 Then larger bowls are grounding and felt beneath the body.

Set the tone for your wellbeing rituals with incense. 💕

Imagine you’re finally ready to take time for yourself. You’ve rushed to a wellness session from work or taking care of the kids to make it in time.

The next hour or two is so precious you were determined to make it, even with your busy schedule.

You enter the studio space and the first thing that hits you is a warm scent. It immediately shifts the atmosphere and you feel your shoulders drop in acknowledgement that this is a comforting space.

Crystal singing bowl accessories for beginners.

When starting your singing bowl collection, there are a couple of pieces that will make playing and maintaining your bowls much easier. I’ll take you through them.

💫 O-rings - These are small rubber rings that you place beneath crystal singing bowls to raise them off the ground so they can vibrate cleanly.

💫 Mallets - These are what you use to play crystal singing bowls. Suede mallets are my favourite because they sound the best. You can also use silicone because it gets the bowls to sing quickly when played around the rim.

💫 Cases - I highly recommend you buy a case with your crystal singing bowls. You can fit five in one case if you get stackable sizes. It’s the best way to protect the bowls when you’re on the go.
