Lordship South TMO (LSTMO) was formed in August 2005 under Right to Manage Act 1985. The LSTMO took over the day to day repair housing
function successfully in providing high quality services to the new residents of the estate. LSTMO faced many challenges including the poor condition of the estate’s housing stock and the residents’ dissatisfaction with the service they were receiving from the Boro
ugh. LSTMO at its heart had a desire to build on our strengths by creating a stronger and more efficient housing organisation with a key focus on customer service and service improvement. We are one of the ten TMOs in the LB Hackney; we are managing a housing stock of almost 300 properties. The continuing provision of better service is a key feature of our work and will see LSTMO taking on more housing management functions in 2014/15. We aim to provide a wide range of housing and community services to all our residents.
