Last Thursday evening at Caxton, we hosted the very first Changemakers event!

Four of our Changemakers spoke boldly about their lived experiences and the difference Caxton has made in their lives. A huge thank you to the Lord Mayor of Westminster for attending, and congratulations to the young people for speaking so powerfully.

Our wider group of young people created art to express their responses to the manifesto and the call for more inclusive spaces for learning-disabled, autistic, and neurodivergent young people to thrive.

This is only the beginning, and we look forward to supporting them to turn their research into action.

It's Power of Youth Day! Join us in standing on with organisations and young people across the country who believe in the power of youth social action.

We're proud to celebrate and amplify the amazing social action our young people carry out at Caxton.

Our Changemakers are a group of our young people who get together every week to discuss the systems they're navigating, problems they face, what real change could look like, and how it can be brought about. They have recently written a manifesto detailing 11 key areas they want to see change, and we couldn't be more inspired!

This reminds us that when young people come together, real change can happen.
