We get the need for ‘days’. But on this we want to remind you that mental health management is EVERY day. And every moment of every day. As you navigate regulating emotions, increase your resilience by handling the difficult stuff or simply get through the day - mental health management is constant. Our young people learn that good mental health isn’t about being happy all the time - it’s about having the tools and patterns to handle the difficult things well - consistently - not just on a celebrated ‘day’.
