The Christian Helplines Association (CHA) was formed in 2004 in order to enable networking and encouragement of our teams and to establish good practice and standards in the delivery of the services we offer. The CHA has
also enabled a number of collaborative ventures. These include a web site, conferences, exhibiting at Christian Resources Exhibitions, and holding a bi-annual Helpline Leaders Retreat.
