What an incredible honour! On Wednesday, four of us from MAB attended His Majesty The King's Garden Party at Buckingham Palace as guests of our Patrons, TRH The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester.
A once-in-a-lifetime afternoon, and a proud reminder of the support behind our work for blind and partially sighted people across London.

Thank you for your ongoing support ๐Ÿ™

Well done, Hasmukh, enjoy the new season! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ˜Ž

Blind cricket starts again next month, and we canโ€™t wait to welcome Hasmukh back into the team again. This spritely gentleman has been playing for Metro since the 1980s.

Heโ€™s a completely blind player, and is famous for 2 things:
1. Being impossible to get out when heโ€™s batting
2. Being impossible to get out of the shower after the match

This season, heโ€™ll be joining us again as we travel from Dorset to Lancashire, and all points in between - playing the game we love.

When heโ€™s not playing cricket, Hasmukh is a keen walker, and volunteers one day a week for Middlesex Association for the Blind.

When we grow up, we want to be just like Hasmukh! A true legend of the game.
