Calling all creatives from Enfield and beyond, whatever your medium, discipline, background, or stage in your creative journey, you’re warmly invited to join us for an inspiring and reflective creative session. Whether you work in visual art, music, performance, writing, design, film, architecture, fashion, community practice, or are simply looking to reconnect with your creativity, this session offers valuable tools for creative and personal development across all disciplines.

The session will be led by freelance artist, facilitator, and community project producer .rolle

Together, we will explore our personal and professional values through a series of creative prompts, conversation, and visual art exercises. In a world that is constantly shifting — full of complexity, uncertainty, and change both within the arts sector and beyond — our values can help ground us, guide our practice, strengthen collaboration, and shape how we show up for ourselves and our communities.

This session is designed to support creatives in reflecting on their purpose, creative identity, working relationships, and future aspirations, while also creating opportunities for meaningful connection with other artists and practitioners.

An open-hearted and inclusive space centred around creativity, learning, collaboration, and self-reflection.

It was lovely spending time with last Monday, thank you for such an informative and inspiring session 💛

The evening was led by Annie Smol MBE and Kymarni Appleton .a , celebrating inclusive arts, collaboration, and truly community-led practice 🎭

During the session, they:
🎤 Shared the story of Face Front Inclusive Theatre and its growth in Edmonton over the past 27 years
💡 Explored pathways to setting up and sustaining arts-based businesses, including:
• Self-employment
• CICs and not-for-profit models
• Charities
🤝 Introduced inclusive facilitation for artists, with practical, accessible ice-breaker games designed for everyone
📚 Shared useful, accessible resources for members to continue learning beyond the session

We were especially inspired by the conversation around making workshops more accessible, offering practical approaches that support inclusion, confidence, and meaningful participation for all.

The space for questions, reflection, and participant-led discussion allowed the group to shape the focus, whether diving deeper into business development or inclusive facilitation.

A generous, practical, and empowering session. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and sparking such meaningful reflection ✨
