🌍 Could God Be Calling You to Establish an M2C Foundation in Your Nation?

For over 30 years, My 2nd Chance (M2C) has been restoring hope, strengthening communities and empowering individuals and families through practical support, education, community development and the love of Jesus Christ.

As God continues to open doors across the nations, we are prayerfully seeking Country Managers to establish and lead M2C Foundations in their own countries.

This is more than a role.
It is a calling.
It is a stewardship.
We are looking for men and women who have:
💜 A heart for God and His people
🧡 A passion for community transformation
💜 Integrity and servant leadership
🧡 A desire to build partnerships that strengthen communities
💜 A commitment to faithfully stewarding the Vision God has entrusted to My 2nd Chance
At My 2nd Chance, we believe that leadership is stewardship.
💜 The Founder is no more valuable than the volunteer.
🧡 The Trustee is no more valuable than the cleaner.
💜 The Country Manager is no more valuable than the administrator.
🧡 The difference is simply the stewardship God has entrusted to each person.

💜 We are not simply recruiting leaders; we are prayerfully identifying faithful stewards. 🧡

Come and join us for Encourage 2026 a special Barnabas Aid celebration of the faith and courage of our suffering brothers and sisters around the world.

At Encourage you will encounter the reality of the persecution and hardship endured by our global Church family.

You will hear through film and testimony from fellow Christians for whom violence, discrimination and poverty are part of their daily lives, and you'll learn from our project partners how the gifts and prayers of Barnabas Aid supporters are making a real difference to the lives of Christ's followers around the world.

Encourage will be held at the Tower Hotel, close to Tower Bridge in Central London, from 10am to 5pm on 20 June. Entrance is free and lunch is included. All we ask is that you register in advance to attend.

My 2nd Chance Worship Team will be leading the worship throughout the day and will also have a small stand sharing all that God is doing via the work of M2C.
