Last night in Folkestone I came across the Folkestone Pastors, who were absolutely lovely, they had a stall giving away free bits to help keep ladies and girls safe in the picture below you’ve got personal alarms for ladies, torches, drinks covers.
Absolutely amazing work!
We need more local pastor teams to provide these things to help advance the safety of women and girls.

On the back in another conversation I had, most of us women wouldn’t feel comfortable to call the police or report an incident to the police because the lack of faith that nothing will get done.

I was always taught in a situation if I’m being followed etc to call the police for help.

If I was being followed ( god forbid) I wouldn’t even bother calling the police because nothing would get done.

The police forces now need to step up and reassure ladies up and down the country that if they report something that something will actually get done & they’d get the support they need to move forward.

After speaking to multiple women about how much faith we have in the police force to bring the perpetrators justice, unfortunately seems like we have no faith at all. It’s 2025, we want safety. We deserve safety. It’s a basic human right.

To police forces all over the country, do better.
Support the victims & give the perpetrators the punishment they deserve.

There’s a lot of unhappy ladies and girls out there, we don’t want to have to deal with it ourselves. But ladies are angry up and down the country.
Bring in harsher punishments
Bring in better and more support for victims.

Ladies, this is a safe space, if you do need anything my inbox is always open🤍 stay safe x

For maximum effect of my work, from now on if there’s any risk of harm to females in Kent, I.e. Dover, deal, sandwich, Folkestone etc etc I’ll now be posting alerts to look out for.
So for example if a man has been following ladies etc I wil be posting on here with the location to make awareness for it

The bloom hub in east London has opened a safety zone for women and girls who may need help, good on them.

Today I’ll be reaching out to the correct authorities to find out what is being done in Kent to protect girls and women.

Let’s talk about how it’s 2025 - we’re still having to advocate for ending violence on women and girls in kent because there’s no support for us ladies out there.

An incident happened in Folkestone a couple of days ago and the man who was arrested has been let out on BAIL…

Absolutely disgusting. I expected better from the authorities involved.

Ladies, this is a safe space, the inbox is always open.

Protect each other - stay safe & more updates will be up soon.
