Martha’s Rule gives patients and families a way to request an urgent clinical review if they are worried a condition is deteriorating and feel their concerns are not being addressed. At Queen Elizabeth Hospital, this support is available day or night.

📢Remember the 3 Rs: Recognise. Request. Review.

This , it’s a useful reminder that safer care also means listening to patients and families when they say something doesn’t feel right.
