There really has to be an alternative to renting privately. The person who has called himself "Alton" is actually called Gora Banerjee. He is an airline pilot with British Airways. After 10 long years, he is still stalking me in whichever way he can. He is/was the boyfriend of a female from whom I rented a house in 2013. The owner of the property is called Natalie Scyzctkowski. She was employed by a law firm called Cave (Formerly Berwin) Leighton Paisner in London. I did not have this information when I signed the contract with "Choices" letting agents in Coulsdon near Croydon. As I recall the owner's name did not appear on the contract at all. At the time, I was becoming self-employed and didn't know how it would go. I borrowed the money to pay 6 months rent up front and the fees and deposit. This was subject to all the repairs being carried out before I moved in. Of course when I got there on the day, none of the repairs had been carried out. Skirting boards were falling off the walls, there were holes in the staircase and various other problems. The spaces included in the tenancy agreement were the garage, the bedrooms, the attic, the shed and the bathroom. All of these spaces were full of the owner's junk. After much wangling, the owner finally agreed to come and take her belongings. It took a few weeks. She had been sending me texts and leaving voice messages. I had thought we were dealing with the agents only. The only name I had for this female was "Natalie". She and the agent demanded that I took time off work to accommodate her need to access the property. Both had keys and my friend was there. I refused to take time off work for her. There was no duty on my part to do so. I was trying to earn a living. The upshot of this is that she and her boyfriend came and took some bits and pieces from the garage. They left the rest of the junk in situ. I was having to pay for storage for my own belongings whilst paying her to use the spaces in her house, which were occupied by her tatty rubbish. Meanwhile the said female was issuing various amendments to the contract, expecting me to sign them. I refused. Any work she could claim for from an Insurance Policy was dealt with. Anything that she had to pay for herself was not done. I was served with a section 21 Notice, which was for someone else at a different address. I was supposed to accept this as a properly served section 21.
From about the time that I had complained about the garage etc, being full of her junk, a bald male in a blue BMW started stalking me. He would follow me to my ponies a couple of miles down the road. The whereabouts of my ponies was none of his or the landlords business. This information was passed to them by Choices letting agents, along with copies of my passport and driving licence etc. I didn't give permission for this and had no idea that this is what was happening. The bald male in the blue BMW followed me to my students homes and took photographs of them when the doors were opened. Pervert is the word that springs to mind!
The bald male would also sit outside the house watching me day and night. I was terrified and had no idea who he was or why he was stalking me. Soon a blond female in a variety of cars, including a black Range Rover, also started sitting outside the house. I had no idea who they were or why they were doing this.
When I got to the ponies in the mornings, they would be upset and agitated. Someone had been into their filed at night, terrorising them with whips etc. I have trained my ponies with love and kindness. The change in their behaviour was astounding. They had literally been hag ridden around the field by Banerjee and co. None of these people can actually ride and are all far too big for my ponies. They did not have my permission to touch my ponies. Soon after the bald male was telling tales to the woman who ran the field, saying that I wouldn't pay her etc. This was a damned lie. I had always paid her. She was going through a tough time and was extremely vulnerable. We had to find somewhere else to keep the ponies. Bald male in BMW followed us there too. More to come.........
