Tenant Management Organisation for the Ray Lodge Estate in Woodford Green, Redbridge. We also encourage resident involvement and help develop community spirit.

The Ray Lodge TMO provides an efficient repairs service and manages the cleaning of the Ray Lodge Estate along with caretaking and grounds maintenance.

A big THANK YOU to Mattisons Scaffolding for their contribution to our Community Food Bank yesterday through theirs and United Infrastructure's Social Value scheme. It is greatly appreciated by the TMO, our Management Committee and the residents that benefit from our food bank.

Great work, as usual, carried out by the Community Payback Team today! Communal areas cleaned up and bushes trimmed back, along with other duties 🧹 ✉️ 🌳

Always grateful for the hard work that the team put in each week to keep our estate tidy and help the TMO staff and residents of Ray Lodge.

As we were unable to hold our annual Community Day this year due to the scaffolding, we have decided put together a little community picnic in our local park. No big event, just the Ray Lodge community gathering in the sunshine to round off summer together ☀️🌳

So grab your picnic blankets, and some drinks and nibbles, and join us!

A wide variety of items are accepted at Chigwell Road Reuse & Recycle Centre for FREE and is less than a 5 minute drive away from Ray Lodge Estate!
